Hullo, new to snaking, just got my first a few weeks ago. A young striped California kingsnake.

So, what do the numbers in the signatures mean, like 1.0.2 milksnakes
I assume has something to do with the number owned but don't get the three parts?

Attached some pics of Hectorena (named by my daughter).
She likes to get in a corner and stretch all the way to the top.
Must say I'm a bit surprised at her clumsiness. She overextends and falls over a lot, and when crawling up arm is always losing her balance and almost slides off. Guess I figured snakes had an innate cat-like balance or even better, but I have much more to learn... She's still pretty young I suppose.... :)

The bright red substrate is aspen shavings from local pet store, was on sale for like 1/4 normal price but prob next time I'll get uncolored. Says is safe natural dye, but anyway...
