I heard this sound once, when i first got my little pet, whom i named Dragon.
This was back in August of 2011..she got scared and quacked...but for a month or so now I've had Dragon in a new "bin" instead of the ten gallon tank, and I haven't been handling her much. I finally went to take a belly photo and when I put her back, and she decided to tell me what she thought of our little photo session. Ridiculous. I am mean *lol* because I really wanted to record the sound, so you can actually hear it nice and loud on these short, badly lighted videos.
Also, in the background, you'll hear my dog bark once and bound up the stairs, which i also thought was pretty funny *lol*

My feral little Dragon!

Here are also some belly shots so we can all decide if she is a "she" or a "he".

i felt so mean, but at the same time, i know there's not a lot of info out there on these guys so it's good to see the reaction. Still...what little brat i have!!

And here I thought my bull snake sounded cool when she gets all huffy.

That little critter (can't yet call it a he or a she) is adorable. Seeing reptiles like that makes me want to expand my collection. Now, if I could just get over my "I don't like reptiles with legs" thing I have going on. It's not a phobia though. I dunno what it is! Really wish I knew though.

Oh my, s/he is very cute. And the defensive sounds are kind of funny. What does s/he eat?

Crickets, and mealworms. I think she's getting fat *lol*
I let her have worms and dig for them. As soon as my dubias get big, she'll be eating those!
