Okay so before anyone tries to talk me out of it, I am not getting a caiman right now. However I would like to know if anyone here has the experience with dwarfs of a decent enclosure size for an adult and care level to be expected. If I was to ever get one of these little guys I would be living in the south east of the country where humidity and warmth are fairly easy to find. And if I was going to do it I would not purchase on a whim, I would ensure that I could provide. Please respond with useful information not scare tactics to prevent a purchase. Thank you.

My local shop has a caiman in a pond probably about 10x10 (including some land).

look into red eyed crocodile skinks.. they look almost IDENTICAL to alligators.. and stay really small (most likely 10-12 inches). I've always wanted to own an alligator but then I saw these and fell in love.. they look like a mix of a dragon and alligator to me lol

Repticzone has pretty awful information, actually. Most are written by people who have never had hands on experience.

Unfortunately. I've seen more incorrect information in their "care sheets" than correct information.
