where is the real time chat room?

sorry I'm new ! most forums have at least a real time java chat , does this one have it? or is there a better IRC room to go to?

We are all over the world and would miss too much if things were done in realtime, with the way this forum works being able to read all the posts makes it more inclusive :)

I agree though...this setup let's me either be involved in or eavesdrop on conversations which occur in entirely different time zones!! Really nice to be able to do!
