I was just curious to see that other pet people keep besides reptiles. We have quite a few. Here is the list

3 chinchillas
2 Cats
1 Dog
3 gerbils
20 Spiny Mice
1 African Pouch Rat
1 Kangaroo Rat
2 Domestic Rats
2 Sugar Glider
2 Quail
1 Quaker Parrot
1 big pond with tons of fish and a couple of turtles

I'm a lightweight in the other pets department. I have Buster, the world's smartest cat, and 5 American parakeets, or budgies.

Oh, and I bought a betta fish for Amazon the iguana cuz he couldn't take his eyes off it when I took him to the pet store to meet the folks who work there. But that's my pet's pet, not mine. ;)

Haha, cute Eyespy! I have 5 male bettas (with a couple of tadpole snails), 2 African Dwarf Frogs, 1 "Pygmy" Cory Catfish (just got it last night!), 1 Rosehair tarantula, 2 mice (one's the size of a hamster, though!), 2 cats and 1 dog (Cocker/Springer Spaniel mix who thinks she's part human, part cat!). Now my list of what I <i>want</i>, that's a bit longer!

Well, I have a few other pets... not as many as I would like...

That's pretty much it (I'm tring to get the hang of the number thingies... let me know if I did it wrong...)

Emma is the only one truely *mine* Theo is only temporary, and KC is my sister's.

I've got an exotic shorthair cat who's a crazy goof. He's a mix between a british shorthair and a persian.. he got the flatter face of the persian, the short hair of the british and none of the regular eye problems that come with persians! Right now he's busy looking out the window watching the chickadees tease the squirrels that are trying to get up the bird feeder..

(Hey does anyone else have one of those "Squirrel bafflers"? it's the weirdest thing I've ever seen, it's quite hilarious.)

I used to have tons of pets but the arrival of my daughter forced some of them to relocate (i miss my bunny :() I now have:

One of my cats likes to steal food too. He stole a steak off my plate once when i wasn't looking and was also caught eating out of katey's cerial bowl.

Haha, Lisa, yea... I guess they like the milk, but it's still really annoying when you get up to get a drink and your cat's eating your bowl of kraft dinner! It especially sucks when you're so hungry and it's all nice and hot and when you come back you don't know where he's eaten/licked so you gotta throw away the whole top layer... grrr!

Well, i got 1.1 emperor scorpions in my room. Downstairs we got a dog runnin walkin and sleeping all day. Her name is Radna and she is a Lhasa Apso, its a kind of dog that originally came from Tibet or something like that.
And we got 2 birds. Thats it, no more, no less

gee I dont want to offend all my fellow ssnakess members.... but I *hate* hairy animals! All I have ever kept is fish & reptiles (not counting feeders of course). I once lived with a girl who had ferrets... ugh! horrible creatures! I always (jokingly) threatened to feed them to a snake! LOL (Don't get all uptight... I never would have! They could have hurt my snake)

Nothing but the best for this little guy!!! I've tried numerous times explaining to him that he's a dog but he just won't accept it! To the point that he wants his own chair at the kitchen table!

This is Bobby (in the back) with Mathilda, a foster dog I had for about 5 months. She was such a sweetie and a cutie but the both of them raised hell ALL the time!!! This was one VERY rare moment that they were being nice and quiet :)

He's such a sweetie and sooo quiet! He does this thing where his tongue sticks out the side of his mouth. This is the only time I've been able to capture it in a pic, I'm still trying for better shots. He does this pretty often and it always fakes me laugh cause he looks like a real doofus!

I have a special needs cockatiel. He was born deformed and his feet are mangled. :( But he is a sweetheart.
I used to keep other furry pets...hamsters, hedgehogs, mice, a giunea pig, and a pug dog. But when they passed on I didn't get anymore. Maybe some day I will get another furry. Thinking of a ferrot or a rabbit, but I will have to have more time than I do now before I consider it.

Howard, a neuter 3 yr old cat [seems to have been stolen as well, still in hostage negotiations]

1.1 Gerbils [Storm is sandy beige and Snow is white] we feed their babies

1.1 Rats [Tan the male and Lucky the female] feed their babies
0.4 other breeder female rats that aren't really pets as they will get fed off as they get older and litter # decline

Then of course our snakes, and geckos.

In April, we will have 1.0 shepard[or lab]Xhusky and 0.1 Jack Russell Terrier.

To share a picture of my female Jack Russell, Sonique...she has the longer hair and my male Jack Russell Tug who is very very old, and I adopted a year ago. He has no teeth, one eye basically (totally blind in the closed one) terrible arthritis and is a total nut job (really, he growls at noises even when HE makes them)
