As you probably know, after six months of fasting Boaz finally ate a live mouse. He was originally on F/T mice.
Should I just get some used mouse bedding from the pet store and rub the f/t mouse in it?
I am hoping to stop by the pet store tonight on my way home from work.
Thanks!

You could do that, or continue feeding live for the next few feedings, then move on to fresh killed prey for the next few feedings, and if everything continues to go well, offer f/t. :)

No problem! I know this has worked for a lot of my fellow Sand Boa Keepers when getting a stubborn animal back onto a regular feeding schedule:)

Offer him an f/t mouse next time and see if he takes it right off the bat, despite his previous refusals. Maybe his appetite has kicked in again and you'll get lucky. Otherwise, you could try fresh-killed, and then move on to f/t after a few fresh-killed meals. Good luck! Glad he's eating for you again :)
