i have a suggestion, take some from the larger litter and give it to the female with the smaller litter...female rats dont have 16 nipples...that way they will all have.. well you know

I like that idea. This way all the babies are well fed.

i just put 3 babies in with my young mama and that evened out the 2 litters to 10 each. i was wrong about the amount my older female had , there was 13 in her litter and 7 in the other.
