two snakes now. Just wanted to share because I'm so excited. :bouncy:

First is a black texas rat snake, he's been at the petstore for such a long time that after they moved him into a new tank, they never bothered writing on the code. There was something about him that made me want to bring him home so we had him on reserve until today. He's all black with small green, red and yellow on him. He's apparently aggresive but I handled him without problems.

Second is a tangerine honduran milk snake, from what I've seen on the picture. Getting him from someone online so I haven't seen the snake yet.

Finally got them home! Still haven't named them yet obviously. I had to set them into bins temporarily until we start building their cages. It was supposed to be built tomorrow but for our entire project, we need about 300$ worth of plexi glass, so it's not happening for another week unfortunately. He looks way more black in person, but on pictures it shows his gray bands more.

But anyway, here's the rat snake.

I named them as well, the milk snake is Joseph, after Joseph Priestley, because I wanted to keep my scientists name theme.

And my black rat snake is going to be named Otto. :p It's after another scientist that my dad thought of, but I forgot which one so I'll have to ask later.
