Hi,
I'd find as much info online as I can, as no two snakes require the exact same care.

Good luck, they are awesome snakes!

You should really have all these details sorted out before you purchase of the animal, so you can have its home adequately prepared and not be learning as you go along.
Here is an excellent, extremely detailed caresheet on ATB's. It covers everything from their history to husbandry to a photo gallery.

Good luck with your new little snakie. Hope to see some pics in the near future ;)

Sure, but a quasi-rescue is a "as you go" thing..lol..and The beautie is in great shape and I have all the enclosure equipment(arboreal)already from my Emeralds. She has eaten 2 mice already on her 2nd day..called her Chompette for that and reason and her agressive nature. I find that all these arboreal species are "nippy" even with moderate handling practices.

Rival forum? lol reptile forums isn't a commercial industry ;) lol (if u don't count ads) we're all here to relay the same information. (it just works out that ssnakess.com members are better than anybody else.. but that's just a coincidence i'm sure ;) lol
Good luck with your new baby :)
