I rarely even know when my gecko is going to shed because he doesn't really change colours or personality plus when he is done shedding he usually eats it.

BTW: Mine is a Crested Gecko and nice Leopard Gecko!

I have a crested gecko named Gary. The first time I walked into my room, turned on the light and I saw something next to/"fighting with" Gary in his tank, I freaked out, ran to the tank and then realized he was shedding, it was very amazing to watch, I've only seen it one other time.
