Lock!!!

I put my male snow stripe in with my female hypo het amel, anery, caramel and stripe and they locked in less than 5 minutes! I put this same male in with my female bloodred several times and he always freaked out, but he lock with this girl just like that.

I always know when my lacertas are going to lock.. there is usually some commotion involved she runs around him flicking her tail up and together they trash their viv while he chases her.

Ya, well I have one clutch laid and 2 females I am sure are gravid, and never got to see one lock!!

I have seen 2 locks. The first one was with the one that just laid eggs and the other is the one I saw tonight.
