just a question on lighting

im setting up a new cage for my sav, but im havin trouble setting up the lights. How do u guys wire these lights up? im gonna use 3x halogen floodlamps but cant seem to wire them up to the transformer?? can anyone help me out on how to get these lights wired up properly..

i was trying to wire them up to a plug and just plug it in but not getting no light when its plugged in

If you don't have a well working knowledge of electrical wiring then I would suggest you get someone who knows how to do it. It is all too simple to do something wrong and cause possible harm to yourself or your animal...possibly even cause a fire. not something i would be messing with.

once you get the lights working,you would be better running them through a dimming thermostat mate

where did you get the floodlights ?

its just if it was off a building site,etc,they all run through a 110 volt transformer

its usually a bright yellow square box,measuring roughly 8 to 10 inches,with a round plug socket,for the lights to be plugged into
