Hi guys this is my new leopard gecko, and I have had him for 2 months now, and for the first 1 3/4 months he has been eating alot but he just stopped for four days now. And I am kind of worried about him. please let me know. thanks so much :suspicious:hmm:

Can you give us some details of his set up? (Temperatures, humidity, substrate, type of food, supplements, etc)

Umm, I just changed his setup about 5 days ago, and I put more plants in it, and he seems to like it more, but I don't know why he isn't eating, and I have 2 heating lamps and 1 heating pad, that he really likes, and he is in a 10gl tank.

Geckodog.. You need to give more exact information. What is in the tank with him? Can wee see a picture of the set up? what are the temps? what was he eating and how much? Everything Barleybreathing asked if answered will help people help you find out why your gecko stopped eating.

Oh, he eats mealworms,80 degrees (hasn't changed since i got him and he was fine)

he eats mealworms, and has 85 degree temp(and it hasn't changed since I got him, and he was fine, but it is just now that he wasn't eating

What do you have in the tank with him? Sub-straight? plants? do you feed anything besides meal worms?

he was eating about 8 mealworms everyday, which I thought was alot cause he is only 5 in, I only feed mealworms and sometimes crickets, and I have newly added fake plants. btw my first lizard

and his tail is really fat, so I thought that was a good sign

Hey guys I just want you to know, he ate 3 mealworms today, and he is finnaly starting to eat, thanks everybody for the help
