Hi Noah (love the name). Welcome to the site.
For starters, can you provide the following information in as much detail as possible?
1. Enclosure size and type (or brand?)
2. Substrate type and depth
3. Humidity levels and what you're using to measure them
4. Temperatures (basking spot surface temperature and cool side ambient temperature) and what you're using to measure each
5. What you're using to heat the enclosure
6. Any supplemetary UV-B lighting? If so, what strength, brand, and how old is the bulb?
7. What are you feeding, how much, and how often?
8. Are you using supplements? If so, what type, brand, how much, and how often?
9. Any other information available that you think would help
Again, welcome to the site.
