Profile: Mint

Mint is one of the runts I brought home from work back in 2010. She is a 56%Diamond, 37% jungle, 13% coastal, Jaguar sibling carpet python, produced at Raven Reptiles. She took a while to get eating consistently, and only now is large enough to take fuzzy rats! Getting some really good size on her though, I think she'll still be a big girl when she's older! The coolest thing is she and the rest of the clutch were handleable right out of the egg, very calm hatchlings! Tiny doesn't even realise she's a snake at times... The joys of hand raising babies!

Thanks everyone, Mint is a really cool carpet as well, almost as calm as Tiny. She's never bitten me since she hatched, and that's not common for baby carpets. She's blowing way past everyone in terms of growth lately though, just doesn't stop!

Turns out hand raising baby carpets right out the egg makes them not nearly as nippy :D She does have a very sinister look about her though, but honest she's innocent:rolleyes:
