In the dietary requirements paragraph you spelled controversy wrong, there's no E.

But that's all I saw, looks really good Wayne I learned a good amount!

I see no mention with regards to the actual proper caging; Ie: the appropriate size for a baby sav/adult sav, that the cage shouldn't be a screen top, etc. You should include photos of your whole enclosure as an example.

Some spelling/grammar issues I spotted:

Dietary Requirements
Athough Savannah Monitors are primarily insectivores in the wild, there is some controversy o̶v̶e̶r̶ ̶f̶e̶e̶d̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶r̶o̶d̶e̶n̶t̶s̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶c̶a̶p̶t̶i̶v̶i̶t̶y̶,̶ [as to whether or not one should feed them rodents while in captivity.
This is a long winded argument that has merit to both sides. A properly supported Monitor can handle the occasional rodent (mouse/rat) without any problems. However, the vast majority of keepers do not provide the correct housing for their captive lizards and the resulting health issues are often blamed on the mouse diet, when in fact it was incorrect caging that brought on the failure in the animal's health.

Baking lights etc.
For optimal basking without risk of burns, it is common practice to use a cluster of three smaller 45 to 50 watt halogen flood lights rather than one big light. We [who?] use common floodlight bulbs sold at most retailers / hardware stores for use in outdoor security lights. They cost a lot less than reptile bulbs sold at pet shops, and work just as well.

...

The overall air humidity should range from 60% up to 80% at all times. (You want it to feel like Miami, Florida in there) with deep burrows in the soil substrate with humidity readings even higher s̶t̶i̶l̶l̶ down in the burrows.

...

Failure to provide these basic requirements will result in your animal languishing and ultimately perishing from dehydration-related complications and dying a gruesome death.

found one typo

"It is also highly recommended that the entire cage be well light with......"

Should be "It is also highly recommended that the entire cage be well lit with...."

Still some small errors....

Dietary etc.
Although Savannah Monitors are primarily insectivores in the wild, there is some controversy o̶v̶e̶r̶ about feeding t̶o̶o̶ ̶m̶a̶n̶y̶ them rodents in captivity.

The reason I took out "too many" is because it implies that rodents should be fed, just that it's a matter of how many. It makes more sense to leave it without "too many" and then proceed with the research papers etc.

The "look" of the site is good. I don't think it made that big of a difference to center the footer. I also see you added a link to a thread about building Chomper's cage... You should also include photos of what the finished cage looks like now, with the grass and all. Looks like it's coming together well, Wayne. :)

I forgot to mention I was going to re-do the cage blog..

Like the support column pic, change "chomper's cage" to "Savannah Cage"

and take out the pictures of Chomper to make room for the upgrades photos.

A few more things I spotted:

One of the biggest misconceptions i̶s̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ about Savannah Monitors is that they are desert dwelling animals; this is false information. Virtually all of the Savannah Monitors captured for the worldwide pet trade are "harvested" from Ghana Africa, a Coastal grassland plains that has rich vegetation and relatively high humidity. When we fail to provide the required humidity in captivity, these majestic animals perish from various states of dehydration. What most keepers fail to realize a̶s̶ ̶w̶e̶l̶l̶,̶ is that these animals spend much of their time d̶o̶w̶n̶ inside burrows (or tunnels) underground to avoid exposure and predators.

Maybe it isn't loading well on my side... still see the same errors on the page I'm viewing. Also it looks like you centered all the text..which makes it look messy. :hmm:

It's possible your machine saves past views.

for the centering issue, I moved sentances around, and added some text.

I also included a list of proper prey items, the rodent argument was there, but no suggested foods. That's fixed.

I am burned out on it for tonight, whatever else anyone finds, I will correct tomorrow.
