So I know I should probably know this, and I feel stupid asking, but can snakes hear?? I'm assuming they can, but how well??
Snakes do not have ears so no they do not hear in the regular sense of hearing. they feel vibration and are able to determine what is going on around them from that.
don't feel stupid for asking question :)

That's not a stupid question at all. SpOoky pretty much covered it, but I thought I should add that they "hear" through their jaw bone.

Oh well I clean I blare music on my sterio. I noticed that when he is out and I play my "screamo" music he usually curls up and hides away in his hide, but when I was playing my piano in my room and he was in his hide he stuck his head out, looked at me, and just sat there. I started to wounder if he was listening to me. I wanted to know if snakes could hear, and if he had a particular kind of music he likes. I know it sounds crazy, but I figured like all pets snakes have their own personality so if they could hear than they must have a kind of music they prefure over others.

He can feel the vibrations from the bass of the music. It might be disturbing him.

Probably, yes.
There is debate as to whether or not they hear in stereo, I think they do.
They just don't have external ears, they still have the inner parts of the ear.
(I think, someone correct me if I'm wrong.)

They use their jaw to pick up vibrations and then it transfers to their inner ear and is picked up by the brain. That how snakes can 'hear' mice crawling, plus the fact they can see heat and taste the air.
