You can't kiss those things...it's a PUFFER Fish, not a PUCKER Fish :D

He is about three years old and 20 inches in length.
His diet consists of prawns,snails,crabs,whole clams,the odd smelt,and algae wafers:)

OH MY GOSH!!! SOOOO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think puffers are adorable...they have comical old man faces. I love him!!!

For the most part I would say no,but if a feeding is late he sometimes takes a nip of a fin.
The large goldfish in the tank with him was meant to be food..that was over two years ago.
Best of buddies along as the goldfish doesn't try and steal his food.
There are three plecos in the tank as well.

I had an mbu puffer he'd go crazy on crawfish. What a great fish you've got there! Very cool.

we have a porcupine puffer who is as greedy as possible, and by the way i see that one pressing it's face against the glass, looks like they have that in common *lol* he will flop on top of the water and SPIT water at us when it's dinner time. and believe me he's not starving! lol

He will eat crayfish,but they are not his fav thing..that would be prawns!
Yes,they have really unique teeth..my guy goes through clam shells like nothing..we're talking thick shelled good size clams:Wow:

As far as fish go..if one could look happy.I would say it would be a puffer!

Thanks...nope they still live together,but the goldfish is going to be moved out of the tank soon.He's just getting to big!

D'awwwww. =D I love these guys but could never personally have one. With big fish (or reptiles), I always feel bad keeping them in tanks.
