Umm... anyone speak Japanese here?

LOL... this has got to be one of the weirder questions asked on here... but here goes...

I need to know how the vowel combination "ai" would be pronounced in Japanese... my 2 guesses are "ay", or "eye"... of course since I have absolutely no knowledge of Japanese, it might not be either of those... *laughs*.

Anyways, any help that someone can give me would be greatly appreciated :)

Jen, it is pronounced 'eye' e.g. aikido (eye-ki-do)
