Hey everybody. I'm looking for some pics or videos of full grown adult ETBs stretched out to show their length and girth. I've only seen a couple videos on youtube and the sizes varied quite a bit.

Thanks

Emeralds grow very slowly, so that's why you see varied sizes. They are considered an adult when they are sexually mature, but they will continue to grow past that.

Here is a sexually mature female. It's a difficult picture to determine length, but you can see her girth. When I get my computer back from repairs, I will gladly upload videos.

funnily enough I may be picking up a breeding pair this summer/fall from a friend of mine who is downsizing

They have huge heads and are (as far as I have seen) much heavier in body than their Amazon cousins I believe they can reach 7ft though I could be wrong

Here's another picture of her. There's not much to show size, but the tank is 4 ft high.

Thanks for the replies and pictures. I figured people were calling them adults because of sexual maturity. I just wish there were more pictures of full grown animals out there other than the typical perch type.

Did that plus theres a girl who has a female named Kana. I know the female for sure must be full grown because she's a beast. The male that jason puts up as an adult looks a bit small. I know female snakes are larger than males but i also know that some people breed and call their males adults once theyve reached sexual maturity. that doesn't necessarily mean they're full grown.
