Thats looks like an awesome place with some sweet animals. I'm loving those copperheads in the first pic. Those are easily the prettiest venomous here in the US IMO.

hahah Did you tell Ed I said Hi?
He was really busy with people so I didn't get a chance. there was another guy there though, I told him I knew the person who bought the other ATB and he was pissed (not really). He said he was coming into work and was going to buy it for himself that day then he found out it was sold! lol

hmm.. I think I know the one he bought one of the green trees from the same clutch as mine. Funny thing is my red phase stayed there for about a year without anyone so much as interested
so poop to him!!
Did you see the cool halloween?
Did you see the cool halloween?
They didn't have a Halloween the only had what he was calling a Garden phase. i am not really up to date on my ATB's so I couldn't tell you if it was indeed a Halloween or a garden. He was pretty though, thought about scooping him up too :)

when I picked up my red phase they had an orange and grey one (I assume that was the halloween in shed) and they had 1 or 2 garden phase which were green and grey and kinda muddy coloured
Yeah it was a garden phase then. The only one they had left and it was in the back. I think I may wait a few weeks and go back to see if it is still there. If so I am going to offer a low price and see if they will take it. I am sure they wouldn't mind making room.
We will see though :)

I can keep an eye on it for you, I am there once every week- 2 weeks. Did you ask how much they wanted for it?
$225 is what they were asking

A halloween phase is a garden phase. Halloweens start out black and orange, but as they age, it's nearly impossible to tell what snake started out as a Halloween and what snake started out as a regular garden.

225 for a garden phase ATB is just ridiculous.

^^ snake prices in general up here are ridiculous

Good to know, thanks for clearing that up.

Actually that is a really reasonable price for them here. Not too often I come across any ATB for much less than $300 $275

that's about what I see the average garden phase go for.
I feel sorry for you Canadians some times. On one hand you've got access to some things that we don't, but on the other hand it seems like almost everything up there is more expensive animal-wise.

It's funny because I think many Canadian's kinda feel the same but more towards what we are allowed to to. To me at least, it seems as though you guys have more "personal" rights than we do. Yet when it comes to other things, I couldn't live under your laws.
It's kind of a trade off both ways i guess. you guys have cheaper stuff and different rights and we pay more but have a younger drinking age :) lol

Pfft, that's crazy... Corn snakes are in that price range here :)

the nice ones with multiple genes or single highly sought after genes will hit that here.
To give you a little idea of our prices...at least in Ontario, this is the pace I have been going to for years. They are one of the older places that have been around for a long time and have some of the better prices on animals.
It would be nice to see what some of our prices are compared to yours.

GTPs are more, scrubs are less, retics are more, carpets about the same.
BPs and boa prices are on both sides.

You know what's awesome? You can't get Nuclear phase kenyan sand boas in the states. Like at all. If you do they are like 400 bucks because they originated from one person up here in Canada. I get them for like a hundred or less!

Not to many $30 corns here, they usually run at least $45 normals.
Expo may be $25-$30

Its true the snake prices here are ridiculous even expo prices are more than your in store. Especially if you want high quality morphs, like my CBB coral albino BCI by a reputable breeder cost me a bumload

Continuing on corn prices...
I paid about $150 for my pair, I think one was $75 and other was $80.
However, those are definitely fair prices as they are top of the line morphs.
