my chameleon eyes started to sink in his skull what does this mean? its both eyes.. i need help thank you

Oh wow.. can you post pictures? It may help us give you information.
Also what kind of Chameleon ? What is your set up like with temps and humidity?

wow that is not normal we need pics of the setup and the animal we need info on humidity temperature cage size food. My first thought would be that there is not enough humidity then that he is extremely emaciated

in snakes sunken eyes can be a sign of dehydration,i'm thinking it will be the same for lizards

Everything I can find says that sunken eyes are a sign of dehydration!

It means your chameleon is severely dehydrated.
Please post the following:
1.Enclosure size and type
2. Humidity levels and what you're using to measure
3. Temperatures and what you're using to measure
4. How often do you mist/is there a drip system/what are you doing for water?
5. What are you feeding, how much, and how often?
6. Any supplements? If so, what brand, what kind, how much, and how often?
7. What strength, brand, and age is your UV-B light?
8. Are you handling this animal? If so, how long and how often?
9. Is this animal housed alone?
10. How long have you had this animal?
