Hello All!

I am a newbie to the ssnakess forums and just wanted to say hi. A bit about me: I am a veterinary technician at an exotic only veterinary practice, a member of the ARAV and a future veterinary student. I currently own 2 corn snakes (hypo and amel stripe), a carpet python, a crested gecko and 2 ferrets.

Yes! Welcome! An exotic only clinic? What a novel idea! Definitely need more of those. Enjoy the forum, and I apologize in advance for the number of times you're expertise will be called upon here. Hope you're ready for some "blind" diagnoses. "My boa is acting funny! What's wrong with him, Dr.?" Lol

Thank you for all of the warm welcomes!

Yes, I do have a kick#$! job at the vet's office. We see small exotic mammals, birds, inverts, and (best of all) reptiles/amphibians. It is pretty darn cool. :D Pics soon!

Scratch that... pictures are not to come because I can't figure out how to make a silly album! There is no Pictures & Albums link on my CP that I can see.

Best bet is to open a photobucket account - upload pics to there and then you just copy the IMG code into your posts on here and hey presto!! pics!! :)

Castor looks exactly like Schatzi. Oooo a nice looking Carpet as well and what is that I see? Not one but two ferrets? Oooo man you have excellent taste in pets. :) Im jealous of those ferrets btw. ;)

Thank you both! My ferrets are what started this little menagerie of mine, I can't help admitting that I love them to pieces. My little Digit, the carpet python, is a bit of a spitfire at times but I forgive him. Castor is the best corn snake ever... and no, I am not biased. :) More pics to come of my other corn and my gecko
