Looks great, but I do have a few recommendations.
The cursive-looking font needs to be bolded or changed, its really thin which can be difficult for some people to read.
The grey font on the bottom maroon block as well as on the top right corner of the light blue box needs to be different to be easily visible. Lighter on the maroon and darker on the blue.
Under links I think you should put a link to PIJAC and USARK.
Otherwise it looks fantastic.

I just went through the whole site Alessia, I really like the site. Very informative and easy to navigate through. I think it will help a lot of new bp owners who need a good foundation of info before they get one. Awesome site!

Great looking site. Very well put together.
I agree, the cursive is difficult to read (i can certainly read it, but its annoying to look at) and I have 20/10 vision, it just clashed a bit. other than that, the site is pretty clean and easy to navigate!
A good idea for designing a site is to avoid more than two fonts at once, you have the red cursive, blue "sub heading" type text, then normal black, which is all fine, but they're all in different fonts, and it detracts from a pretty smooth looking site :D
Think abotu doing the font you're using for the blue text for all the non-normal black text, it'll look a bit better and be less painful to look at xD

I like it better with the new red font. Two things I just noticed while reading through it is on the setting up page there are two grammatical errors. Above the picture of Kat's enclosure it says "Here is an example of an (should be A) good ball python enclosure. Note that the enclosure has two hides, aspen bedding, and a large water dish."
Above the pic of your enclosure it says "Here is another example. This one has a (remove) an aspen/reptibark bedding, two hides, and a large water dish."

Here's seven pages of pictures to go through, including some big name breeders and lots of ball pythons. If you want to use them, you have my permission. If you need a picture clarified, just ask. :)

Hey Alessia this needs fixed.
So you want a ball python... Getting a ball python should not be an impulsive buy. Kept properly, ball pythons can live over 20 years! So before you buy a ball python, as (should be ask) yourself the following questions
Just started looking but looking good so far!
Same page.
Are you wiling ( needs another L) to feed your ball python live or frozen/thawed rats?
When I first started looking into ball pythons, I was confused by a lot of the care sheets I found, (remove comma before and)and most of them wouldn't go into enough detail about what I was expected to do.

firstly i would like to say congrats because the site looks amazing, i like that it's easy to navigate with the menu at the top.
Only suggestion would be more pictures in the Health section. I know it's not pretty but maybe somebody who is a first time owner (or even an owner who just has never had a problem before) might not think that something is an issue when it really is and needs to be looked at by a vet
She says Thank you Alessia :-D

The site looks great and has a ton of good information. I do have just a few suggestions though.
In the Feeding section, you recommend holding onto the live rat/mouse's feet to prevent it from scratching the snake- IMO that is dangerous and is a risk of being bitten. You shouldn't put your hands in the cage at all when the snake is feeding.
Also, leaving a frozen food item to thaw overnight at room temperature is not safe....it will start to decompose. You can thaw it overnight in the fridge and then warm it up in hot water, or thaw it for several hours on a heater, or quick thaw it in very hot water. Remember, frozen feeders are dead, and will start to decompose as soon as they are warmed up.
I have had frozen feeders fed at night and then in the morning if the snake hasn't eaten it yet it really stinks.
Other than that, awesome site! :)

I didn't mean leave a rat pup overnight OUTSIDE to thaw... but xxxl rats can take up to 6hrs to thaw. If you thaw overnight, I meant to say that it needs to be in the fridge. I'll clarify it, thanks :D
From RodentsPro website:
Once the prey item has been thawed it needs to be heated to above room temperature. This can be done by:
Placing the prey, submerged, in hot water.
Placing the prey item under a heat lamp.
Placing the prey by an electric heater.
Using a hair dryer or heat gun.
(The above methods should not be used to thaw the prey ... only to warm them to above room temp).

looks good so far!
even though you're clear that there are houndreds of morphs out there I'd still try to list alot more of the basic ones. if not you should at least throw a designer morph in there so people get the idea of how morphs can be combined - i'd put a bumblebee in there, maybe a super pastel too which would allow you to explain the "super forms" of morphs
also, i'd use a better quality mojave for the photo.
lastly, there's a photo of a ball python in a fish tank listed as an example of a "good" ball python enclosure - i'd have to disagree as these tanks are not great for holding heat and humidity. You can successfully keep a ball python in a glass tank, but it's not where i'd steer noobs looking for info...
(not saying the above changes would be right, just what I would do)

Also prey items twice the thickness of the snake or 20% the snake's weight is a bit large I think. I dont go by weight, but I think that 1.5 times the snakes' thickness is the general rule of thumb?

That's the rule I've used with pythons for years....1.5 times the thickest part of the snake.
IIRC, if you go by weight it can be as much as 15% of the weight of the animal. 12% is average....although I may be wrong about this one lol

Pika ate on Saturday... he weighs 317g and the rat I gave was 59g which is about 18% and he does just fine. If I had to eye-ball it, that rat was definitely closer to 1.5 times his girth than twice it. I've always used the 15-20% rule without a problem; I prefer to rely on the weight of my snake and the weight of the rat rather than eye-balling the size of both and guesstimating 1.5 times the girth.

I read through everything and took notes. They are blunt, to the point because I didn't want to spend too much time on it. Disregard spelling mistakes as I did it pretty quick.
Homepage:
Simply change the part about it being their "formal" name to "translates to Royal Python.Ball python is the more common name as they curl up into a ball when scared." For simplicity. You're currenlty saying
It's sort of a nickname, which, what does that really mean? Is it, or isn't it their name?Be assertive.
Don't abbreviate. This is the World Wide Web. We may know what 'ft" stands for but other people in the world may not.
In fact, I'd take out the whole section on their size since you don't talk about food habits/colours/temperment as great snakes. Apparently they aren't when you get this far.
The "2 month old pastel" isn't a pastel.
You're awesome in your own right! you deserve a page about yourself instead of just a blurb at the bottom. Or move the rest to a second page and keep the home page about you.
Lastly, don't say this is a complete guide for every new keeper. You're then saying your word is gospel and you don't want someone coming back and saying they got their
info from you and their snake still died. I would suggest to say it's a guide you've written after reading all the caresheets and having your own experiences.
How to choose:
Morphs should have their own page. That mojave(I know it's a members) doesn't look like one. You want baby pictures of the pastel too. Most obvious differences. Side by side with a normal.
Under "skin" you should reference mites to another link like in the first paragraph. To health issues so they know what mites are.
Under "be picky" "...one that is physically APPALLING..." should be changed to 'physically APPEALING"
Where to buy:
I would cut out some of what you say in the online section. It's redundant and you can simply say "check the links section for some quality options"after the first sentence.
You don't need to write forever. Who cares about craigslist?
I wouldn't say that you CAN visit a local breeder. No one comes to my house. No one goes to most breeders places. I would take this part out or make it more of a suggestion.
You seem to say it in a way that that is how it's done all the time.
Setting up:
Why do you keep referencing craigslist? Do they have a listing for Latvia? You need to think global, not national.
Feeding:
1.5 to 2 times the size of the widest part? That's a large meal. I would suggest nothing bigger than the widest part of their body or a little over.
You only want a slight buldge.
15 - 20% of body weight? First of all, you don't need to go by body weight. Size is fine as you're site is dedicated to new keepers. Most don't care about weights.
Secondly, 20% of an adult female ball python at 2000 grams is 400. That's a very large meal. I wouldn't feed anything bigger than 150 grams to my girls.
I would feed 7 days until about 18 months to 2 years. A ball pythons largest growth is in the first year and they reach adulthood by 24 months usually. 10 - 14 days is sufficient then.
First you talk about myths of feeding outside the enclosure then you suggest it. Honestly, most keepers shouldn't. You fail to mention that ball pythons sometimes go off food and that
feeding in a seperate enclosure may lead to this. It's best to feed in the enclosure and stick to the "rat plate" idea. Also, a snake most likely won't regurge from one enclosure to the next
but you should mention the snake still may be in feed mode and you may have a snake wrapped your hand if you're not careful. You're leaving out the bad when mentioning your ideas.
I wouldn't put "safer" in quotations in regards to frozen feedings since it IS safer.
Behavior:
I would recommend 5 days after bringing in a new animal for feeding and again at another 5 days after that. It's about consistency in this regard.
I would ammend the how often handling from "..handle him/her every day..." to "handle him/her every day aside from 48 hours after feeding"
I know you mentioned it in the when not to handle part but keep it consistent. Also, during a shed, you may get bit!
Under shedding, just take away the albino note. It's not needed.
You should recommend to NOT take your snake anywhere OFF their property. Why should I be bringing snakes to a park?
Also, do you have facts to back up albino snakes are like albino humans? To my knowledge they aren't.
Health:
With mites, reference Nix as well for those who can't get PAM. Global, not local.
Bad sheds, also list ensure the tail and tip of it is also off. If left alone it can cut off circulation of blood and you'll end up with a dead tail.
Scale rot can also be caused by unsanitary conditions, not just wet. Also, I wouldn't say "might want to talk to a vet" you should say CONSULT A VET FOR ALL OF THESE HEALTH ISSUES.
Are you someone that should be diagnosing as well as handing out medical advice?
Again, RI's, you need a vet to do a culture so you find out what kind of RI it is. No "might" about it. Also don't raise temps "a bit" you need to raise them and keep them high constantly.
FAQ:
Since when is breeding season 3 months? I'm still pairing and waiting on ovulations. It's Oct - April give or take a few weeks.
Balls aren't just lazy, secretive, sedentary, they are also nocturnal.

Wow let me start out by saying THANK YOU! :D Your comments and suggestion are really helpful. Thanks for taking the time to go through my whole website!
I've made several adjustments to the site accordingly. I can't add more pages YET; I'm working on upgrading (current program allows 10 pages). Once I get more pages I'll be moving Morphs into their own page, About Me into its own page, and working on that sort of stuff more.
I've modified the Craigslist portion to mention that it's only applicable to US residents. I've found that there are a lot of people who sell and buy ball pythons on Craigslist, and some new owners might want some information about that. I modified it, but I'm keeping it ;)
About the part about buying online, I go into more detail because I know I would've liked to have that information when I was new to ball pythons. Stuff that is obvious to us isn't always obvious to a new owner...
You wrote: "I'd take out the whole section on their size since you don't talk about food habits/colours/temperment as great snakes. Apparently they aren't when you get this far." Not sure what you mean by this? Please clarify? I'm going to add more about ball pythons, where they're from etc as soon as I can add more pages to the site. It's all a work in progress!!
I edited the part you mentioned about handling section as you suggested...
Re: taking ball pythons out in the sun. I do it for taking pics in natural sunlight etc. I've modified it to say it's not recommended, but some owners might be wondering about it and if they do choose to do it, I'd rather it be there to say what to avoid and to check for mites etc.
Before I forget- about the albinos in the sun... this is from a book I have:
it's a quote by Dr. Robert Sprackland (herpetologist and reptile scientist)
"Albino snakes do sunburn, but not by getting red. Their bodies absorb ultraviolet light and the skin cells (dermis) are damaged. But by the time the snake itself senses heat, the damage has already occurred." ...Albino snakes could get sicker without their owners realizing what is causing it [referring to sun burns taking a while to show]. This potential skin damage makes it critical that albino snakes are protected from the harmful rays of the sun.
Re: shedding section. I'm leaving in the note about albinos. I own one, I know several people who own albinos, and its a morph that a lot of beginners are used to. Looking through the ball python section (and most others) there are several new members who have come on and asked "my ball python is albino, how can I tell when it's going to shed??" It's not hurting the section, so I'm leaving it.
Adjusted what you recommended to health and faq sections, and spelling errors.
Thanks a lot Aaron!! Feel free to give it another look over sometime. :o

The first part, it may confuse people. You need to be assertive in what you're saying. Ensure you aren't playing both sides of the fence or sitting on it. Even if you just have to simply make a list with 'Online purchasing: Pros' and then one for 'cons'.
The second part, don't talk about just their size at which makes them great if you aren't going to have everything about them just yet. To me, it's all or nothing, don't half *** a job. Maybe take that part out until you can add more or if your page has a set limit of space then take the part about yourself out until you can get a full page dedicated to you.
I'd also contemplate taking the morphs section out as right now the what to look for side bar of info doesn't seem like it's as important as what morph to get. It's not like morphology is as important as the essential care. As you said, you can add it later.
Kevin, probably, those sneaky bastards.

Finally got the upgrade. Working on additional pages now.
Aaron I can't "delete" sections and then add them later; that means editing and publishing all over again. It's going to stay like that until I get these new pages completed. Then I'll re-publish with the updates. It's all a work on progress. I'm new to this but I'm working really hard. Have some patience

Heh heh, I was expecting a different kind of site. I'm not used to calling Ball Python by it's scientific name, so when I read that url I read: python regui SCARE. Lol!
DOH ........................... lol

Unless your snake spent a few weekends in sketchy German brothels, I would say its safe to assume it has kidneys.
My Princess is a good girl lol
Alessia, I gave the link to your site to my wife's cousin-in-law (or some such relation). They bought a bp off Craig's List and it had stuck eye-caps, bad shed etc. She'll take good care of him/her with your help.
You should add the Spider morph to your Morphs page :P
