Next one is in March, Palace du Congress in Gatineau (Wooo.. though they haven't picked a day yet)

Not as simple as that. I have a cat and a gecko that have to come back with me and it would likely be my boyfriends parents who take us out to the expo (even though they hate snakes) and then I'd need somebody to do groceries and pack my pillows and my suitcase and all my other junk. I pack like i'm leaving for a month, I can't help it

February?? :O Nooo way is it the biggest.. The CRBE is the biggest that's the one in September. It's over 70,000 square feet of reptiles :D :D :D SOOO BIG.. I don't even know if we saw it all this year..

The CRBE is the CRBE, not just a regular expo. The Feb expo, expo is the busiest one. We think it is because all the reptile junkies have been waiting since before Christmas to go to an expo and it helps cure the winter blues.

I went. It was only a little bigger than the Kitchener expo :(
But it was good. I was able to resist buying anything other than feeders. Bought a crap load of them. I got some from the same guys at the Kitchener expo and my snakes like them. 1/2 price compared to the local guy. I spoke to some of the vendors who said snake sales are way down and the prices have fallen since the USA started putting bans on.

I agree, lots of rare stuff at the CRBE. I saw gila's at the last one :)

Definitely better at the CRBE..
But I definitely was a fan of that Retic.. it was the biggest thing there.. all the snakes were babies.. I'm more interested in adults right now.. Though that Albino Carpet was hot lol

I was there. It was REALLY crowded. I was really impressed with all the booths, everyone was over the top friendly which was a stark contrast to the All About Pet show we went to where people were less than friendly

Highlight was seeing an adult female nic and hearing how she somewhat calmed down but not a lot haha. She bit one of the girls in the face when they were moving her (at home not the show)
