Mick is going to shed soon. It's his first shed with us. Can't wait. His dark areas are almost 100% black and his yellow should come back so I can't wait to see him post shed :) he is our favorite to handle so the wait is going to suck! What a great snake he is. So glad we got him.

Thanks. I have no idea how dramatic of a change it will be. He sure is cloudy now though. Wow!!

My Sheila before her shed is dull and drab but post shed... Wow! She is so brightly contrasted between that high gold and the black that she looks almost Jungle so I have no doubts about your Mick.

Bright yellow. He reminds me of an old black light poster from the 70's. His black is looks like it would feel almost fuzzy or velvet like. Of course its smooth. I hope to breed him to my female. She has a very interesting pattern and I think with his reduced pattern but high yellow the result would be distinct patterns with high contrast. We shall see. Maybe. His activity level was very high last night. Maybe he will eat for me this weekend.
