I used aquarium silicon for that. It's less messy.

I prefer the glue gun, never liked working with aq silicon... hated using it on glass even more back on the old customs I used to build... to each their own as long as we all get there in the end right? :) -thanks for the tip though.

Yeah, I see how silicon is annoying. Believe it or not, a simple butter knife can get it off of glass.
