Hi my name is Nashid and I'm new to this site. I purchased a Savannah monitor about 8 months ago at 6inches and now he 20inches. I had him in a 50 gallon until recently I built him a 6*2*2 enclosure. I built it with plywood, screws, etc. and it has a regular glass wIndia with two hinged doors on top. I also painted the inside marine blue, outside mahogany finish. I'm planning on building him a hide but for now I just leaned a price of wood on the wall I will keep ya'll posted.

I will post up pics asap. and yes I'm pretty sure he will grow out of it. but it wouldn't fit through my door when I move in two months if it was bigger so for now....till later

6x2x2 is way too small. You can't offer him enough substrate in that enclosure. Did you know that savannah monitors need 18" or more substrate?
