I'm digging the striped one. Very unusual for a rainbow. I like it! :D

Nope, just bored, so I started looking up different epicrates sub-species and realized just how awesome the species is!

I'd love to be able to make that happen!

Just found some of these guys available from Tom Crutchfield. For the low, low price of $4,750/trio!! Why does everything worth wanting have to be so darned *EXPENSIVE?!* :unhappy:

And apparently they're brown as neonates.

once again, no surprises that Tom has them, he's got a little bit of everything boa it seems, and they're all stupid expensive.

That doesn't look like epicrates at all to me. Nice looking all the same.

I agree, looks more like a tree boa but nevertheless it's a looker.

It's head does not look like any epicrates I've kept or seen.

Kyle I'm not saying it isn't epicrates whatsoever.
I don't have ANY experience with rainbows :p
I was just kinda thinking aloud, it's somewhat similar to a tree boa, which would make sense since they're both boas :)

It looks like a neonatal Epicrates. Young ones have the large head and big eyes. They fill out fast

I have bred several epicrates and owned more at neonate stage - none have heads as flat or angular as the pics - I am not doubting it to be what it is described as - somebody far more knowledgable than me has classified it - it just looks unlike any other epicrates in my experience. It does look more ATB to me also in it's head.

Because everybody wants them and he figures he can get the $$$ from somebody willing to pay it. ;)

Again, cool picts, and I agree it would be nice to see more epicrates in owners' hands!
