I think we have some colour change!! Pics

So my GTP Jade has just shed about a week ago and today I noticed her colouration, I think she's starting the change from yellow neonate to green sub adult!!

More info on her/him (still unsexed):

probably close to 2ft in length and eats mouse hoppers once every 5-7 days we're currently trying to get Jade on rats but s/he is being stubborn, her temps and humidity are proper due to light bulbs and a Monsoon Misting system with Jade there have always been perfect sheds s/he is handled minimally and is a little viv defensive but a beautiful creature

I have decided that I will keep track of her colour change on this thread

its a gradual change right now its just her head that has a green tinge it doesn't necessarily happen with each moult (I could be wrong but I thought I read it somewhere) and it can take a number of months to complete

Mine has been in color change for over a year. He is a Biak and about 1/2 green right now. I love watching them shed and seeing all the new patterns and shapes of color!

I didnt see the green right after s/he shed I only saw it today

honestly they're awesome not a real 'hands on' snake but to watch them move and wrap themselves up is wicked

Mine took about three sheds to go from vibrant yellow to vibrant green, in between he looked a disgusting browny yellowy greeny colour that was awful. Like a teenager with acne!!

wow that seems fast! What kind of GTP is he? Mine is a biak so I know he will transition slowly.

He is an Aru type - htere were a few odd scales that changed previous to the big change but once it got going noticably it was very quick!

Jade is a Sarong x Aru so I'm not sure HOW long it will take but I'm looking forward to it

My GTP has been changing for almost a year now. Bought it at an expo so I don't know the type but based on everything I could find it appears to be Biak (nasty attitude, dragon-like snout, flared nostrils, tapered tail, s-l-o-w color change). It had just the slightest hints of green when I purchased it mid-Feb 2011. It is at most 15% changed now. No doubt at this rate yours will be completed before mine!
