View Full Version : Your 3 all-time favourite shots

If you had to choose 3 images you've taken of your own snakes and call them your favourites (sorry, CDN spelling there), which would they be and why? I know, I know...it's hard to pick only 3, but if I did it, you can too :)
I'll start the ball rolling with these...
Boom-Boom - I love the accidental composition of this image
http://i1201.photobucket.com/albums/bb347/CDN_Blood/Bloods/Boom-Boom/file-3.jpg
Blue - again, accidental composition that I like so much
http://i1201.photobucket.com/albums/bb347/CDN_Blood/Bloods/Blue/file-2.jpg
Tanner - just so handsome in the grass, and such a classically good-looking snake

And Canada spells words correctly, Noah Webster was a moron.

So should we Americans spell it litre?

Oh and is it pro pronounced zee.Or zed?
Terranaut
12-23-11, 11:20 PM
Zed!!! Shouldn't liter be pronounced lighter considering proper grammer? Not to mention the metric system was invented by the french in the 18th century. So yes .... It's litre :)
KORBIN5895
12-23-11, 11:32 PM
Actually we pronounce it lee- ter. And sorry but again I am an American and its quit obvious we speak correctly. If you don't believe me just ask. And speaking of zed it is a freaking name!!! All gje other letters are sounds but you bloody Canadians think it is ok to make the last letter a word as opposed to a sound..... Don't listen to the French they will just give you there land or something like bad cheeses.

This one of my BRB i love because the way his head is tilted up in an almost wistful expression.

I laughed at how this one came out, with my Grey Banded King, he looks so guilty!

The last one isn't great, but just the angle of my Sand Boa wrapped around the hopper mouse is priceless:)

Centre, Tyre, Grey, Colour, Flavour, Honour, take the lorry on the roundabout...
If you want to call it English, spell it like the English do.

Yes tilly is a frilled dragon - one of the lizards we have put up for sale. Shop owner said she should go pretty quick as it is rare to get a frilled dragon that is perfectly tame and handleable but also puts on the full display.

I know this thread is kind of old but this is a good idea. It was really tough to come up with 3 but here's what I came up with.
First is Boomer, he was my first snake and he'll always have a special place like red ink said. Not a great pic of him but its always been my favorite. I was terrible at taking pics when I had him but this is one of the better ones.

Todd you're a jerk to choose the number 3. Can't it be one shot of each of your animals?? lmao
Shots that didn't make the cut are of Chuck Norris my beardie, Pickle the Chameleon, Duchess the Borneo, Duke the Borneo, some of my Tarantulas, etc. etc. etc. But Noooooo, you insisted on THREE.
First shot is Gimli the Blue Tongue Skink, I took this photo years and years ago and it has always been my favourite of him.
Second one is a low quality photo of Montey my Spotted Python with her eggs hatching, you can see one of her little babies posing for the photo too which I find adorable.
Lastly, I have ALWAYS loved this shot that I took of Midnight my Black Blood and Caylan's Nephry (his daughter):
