I was thinking about breeding my leopard gecko i have one female i was going to go out and get one male but i was reading on the net u should have at least 5 females to 1 male i was wonder what do u guys have in your tank (number of males to female) and would one male to one female be ok
we've had 1.10 before but usually it's 1.6 and there's nothing wrong with 1 on 1 :)

1.1 is ok but would be easier on your female if you had 1.2

Yes, a 30 gallon would be fine for the trio :)
What are the issues with 1 on 1? I am new to leos, and I was thinking of getting a female for my male.. do I need to give him a harem instead? Now I wish I was a leo.. lol.

If you have a 20 gallon aquarium, it would be fine to have one male and two females.

1.1 can be tough because the female can get stresses if the male wants to "go at it" more often than the female does. Another female gives him more to work with.
