good, we need change, but a ban isn't the solution.

species and/or breed bans NEVER WORK, cus the a-holes who casue the bans just move on to the next "big bad" animals that they CAN get, then treat it horribly until some thing goes wrong.
It's happened here in Canada and all around the world with dog breeds. First the German Shepherd was considered aggressive by nature (probably a little hang over from WWII), then when that dies down it was the "mean old Dobie", once again after the die down, now all bully breeds (since no one seems to know how to tell a pittie from other bullies, they are clumped together) are evil!!
The only evil is the dumbass's who TRAIN thier dogs to be human aggressive, give them a poodle and they will then beat THAT dog till it bites too!!
