The boyfriend and I have been planning for a while to move back to his home state and have decided to move in the spring. I'm trying to find correct exotic law information for Oklahoma so I can start preparing after the first of the year for whatever I need to do to keep my animals there if anything.
Can someone please point me in a good direction? Most stuff I've found so far is out of date or is very grey.
Thanks for any help! :D

Wouldn't that information be available on the Oklahoma web site?

You could locate an animal control office and have them send you all the regulations.

Would that be completely different than Wildlife and Fisheries? When I was looking for the laws for my state, it took me forever to find them. Out of all places it was in the fishing section of W&F O.o. When I call the local and main office to confirm the information, they couldn't give me a straight answer for ownership.

What specifically are you looking for? Laws there are pretty open, but it can depend on county/city.

To see if I need a permit or license for any of my animals or if there's a ban on any. We'll be moving to an area around Tulsa.

you could probably give the humane society a call. Or Bob Clark (reticulated python breeder) he's probably quite familiar with the laws.

I thought about emailing Bob to see if he can give me current info.
I have 2 albino burms, 3 ball pythons, and 2 dumerils. The burms and 2 of the balls came from Bob.
