Ok I'm Getting really annoyed. I have emailed/called a ton of people. I can not find a rat breeder near me, that is willing to get back to me. I want to breed my own and I have a few started but I need more. I also want to by some feeders for my snakes while I build up a good supply in the freezer. I think I just ran into a brick wall.

I do not want frozen. I want live and to add to my breeding ones. I will put down and freeze my own. I really want to avoid ordering online.

Yeah I went special. lol

Yes I always feed F/T! I want to get live to add to my breeding group. I also will by some of the right size to feed off and just put them down and freeze them for when I need them.

Did you try pet stores store? I had to go to a mom and pop pet store to find my ASF's.

Yes I am not paying $7 per rat and they don't have the sizes I want. I will find a rat breeder and buy bulk. I want to get about 50 some for food right off and some to breed with others I have.

:p I need to find someone like you closer to me. Although your only about 6hr? away. I might have to go that far to get to a breeder if things keep looking this way....

i was breeding my own but i recently found someone in my town with cheap bulk feeders being bred from mice to guinea pigs to rabbits, so i'm going to try to rehome all my rats or something.

To bad you are not even remotely close to me..

I did however just get an email lead. I placed an add on my local craigslist ... hope it comes through. I have been searching for a breeder for about 3 months..
