I'm holding my Bp right now towards his tail but its almost in the middle is a slight dent. It can't be seen while he is stretched out but when he goes into an s shape I can see it:(. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

I'm sorry :( You must be really worried. I think others are going to ask this so... Can we see a photo? It might help everyone get a better visual of what's going on. Any idea how he might've broken it? Does he have a high perch he could've fallen off of?

I forgot to say I'll post pics tom morning. This dent has been here for about a week. He could have fallen on his branch. I hope this is easy to fix

Just in case it is a broken rib, I wouldn't feed him until you can get him seen by a vet. Constricting a meal can possibly damage the little rib even more. Also I'd get rid of any high perches in his cage until you figure it out too, just to prevent any more falls.

:(I'll see about taking him to the vet soon. I just want to make sure before getting a hundred dollar vet bill.
I'm really overreacting Its barley there its just a tiny dent a quarter inch long bet I never know

Post a picture as soon as you can, it will help tell us what's going on.

Why wait until tomorrow morning? If you think it's a broken rib it might be a good idea to just lift his hide and without bothering him, take a few pics so we can see what's going on. I wouldn't want to let a whole lot of time go by before you figure out what's going on and whether or not he needs to see a vet.

the only way you will know for sure if your snake has a broken rib,is to take it to the vets for an x ray
if you think its broken i would not be handling the snake, incase the broken rib punctures something internal
cheers shaun

Sound advice from Shaun. Take it to the vet for an x-ray
No need to take your ball to a vet for an x-ray and waste your money; broken ribs happen all the time and they will heal on their own just fine.
No fuss, no muss.
