I thought about this, we all seem so quick to point out the awful videos that we sometimes forget that there are good ones.

If you have a favourite or just recently stumbled upon one, feel free to show it off here.

Great videos! The monitor one is really interesting; he has grass growing in there. I was considering that but thought he would just dig it up instantly. Might have to give it a try.

Fantastic thread. Can I make a suggestion based on experience with marine life?
Crabs and shrimp and other shellfish are best bought live then flash boiled for 30-60 seconds. Even frozen the crab meat decays. Significantly. If we go to fresh, this will give the optimum nutrition to your lizard. Cruel? Yes.. But they either freeze to death slowly or boil to death instantly is another way to look at it. And this guarantees the freshest meat.

You may also want to try krill (smaller ones) if you can find them live. Super nutritious sort of shrimp like. Soft. Same procedure. Hope I didnt offend.

Try to buy live crabs. Healthier. JM2C. LOVELY lizard. Ciao for ow.

That's really interesting, I didn't know that about crab. It does make sense though. Does flash boiling them kill the parasites though? I always freeze snails and crayfish because they often have parasites.

Herps do best on raw food. Predator animals do not cook their dinner.
