I found a couple of websites that give a good basic breakdown of various common feeder animals. The breakdown of the mice and rats nutritional content is much better, but its all pretty interesting. Hope it helps some.

For Mice/Rats:

Nutritional Value of Mice, Rats, and Chicks for Snakes (http://www.leedspetshops.co.uk/index.php?main_page=page&id=69)

For Roaches/Crickets/Mealworms, etc:

Feeder Insect Analysis (http://www.doubleds.org/newfeederpg.html)

This is older, but is a very interesting read, regarding invertebrate nutrition.

oh thank you! I've really been wondering this, actually. I'm assuming "ash" is indigestible portions?

I was thinking about calcium supplementation, what kind would be beneficial to just "dab" a bit on the nose as they suggest?
