Getting Married Today !

I'm getting married today in three hours! Craziness! I'm nervous but not seriously so. Originally we had a big wedding planned but after a rough year it is down to a court room affair with only immediate family attending. We were tempted to postpone it but we are tired of postponing things and decided that being together and getting married to each other is more important than having a "traditional" wedding. Fits with the fact that we are far from traditional people. The snow better keep itself locked up in the clouds for a few more hours. :)

Congrats! ITs not how you do it but what it means to you that matters, we did the wedding, reception, evening party and Honeymoon for less than £1k (including the wedding dress/suits etc etc)

Oh How Wonderful!! Small and intimate is the way to go! We were going to get married on the beach but God(s) and the Good Spirits had other plans, it snowed, so we got married in my kitchen! LOL

Suk (Sook), my husband's barber told us it is a Blessing (Korean belief) for it to snow on your wedding day. My Best Friend prayed for it because she has never seen it. My God Daughter got to play in it and see it for the first time.

I was upset that we couldn't get married on the beach because of the snow (I wasn't going to take my 1yr old God Daughter out in that weather) but the wedding was still wonderful.
