Hey, Just looking for a little input. I live in Calgary,AB and am looking to try my hand at a bit of breeding and was just curious if there is anything that i need to attain for the legal side of things? (eg. licences,registrations,ect...) Any/All advice would be much appreciated.

my advice would be to breed a species you love.

like those two balls you've got, you've got a 25% chance of a bumblebee. Although those boas might throw some cool offspring too.

I don't THINK we have to get licences to breed snakes here in Canada, however, you do need to find out what your restricted species are for AB. Obviously if you breed and advertise for sale any restricted species, your in hot water.

I'm definitely excited to give them a try. The wife is the big BP fan. I'm more of a boa fan myself. We got our first BP in December 2010 and it has definitely turned into a bit of an addiction lol. I definitely wouldn't mind adding a bumblebee to my collection.

Hey I live in Calgary as well :)
Keep me posted if you breed your BP's as I'm looking to add to my collection.
