View Full Version : FlexWatt Tape question

So im getting ready to build a rack for some female Ball Pythons. And im trying to figure out how i should do the heat tape. I understand how you wire the heat tape. But im going to end up with 10 Cords to plug in lol. What am i supposed to do so i only have one plug that needs to be plugged in?

Depending on how much money you want to spend you can get a thermostat that allows you to have multiple settings and cords going into it and only 1 cord to plug into the wall. They are made to use on set ups like racks. I have been looking into them and they are not cheep but they are around.

Are you housing only BP's if so you need to wire each heat tape to each other so you will just have one cord and not 10. Here is a link that can help you out.
