its a bulb guard to stop the snake getting burned from the heat source

Spot on mate... and thanks everyone. I just thought she looked cute up there, staring at me as if to say "I got up, but how do i get down?!" :D

Both my GTP and JCP do that on occassion, first time you look into the viv and think **** wheres the snake gone??? ;)

Thanks Kkgal... and yes rob, im always thinking ive lost her. Its amazing some of the places i find her in her viv.
