Took the family to the beach for a day out today, forgot my proper camera but grabbed some pics with my phone.

this beach is about an hour from our house

The beach always reminds me how small I am in this world. I love the view and the smell though...

We are hoping to be able to afford to move closer to the sea at some point, both me and the wife have an affinity with the ocean and find it calming and therapeutic.

I love the coast, I don't think I could leave it for any leangth of time. I tried living in the states, not for me (at least not where I was!) and I have tried the Canadian praries. Turns out that I'm just a BC girl and that's that!

But I did LOVE England and Scotland, would go back in a HEARTBEAT!! Then again, it really felt like home! (you know, except the whole "castle" thing! LOL)

Weather was pretty amazing for 1st October!! 25c and higher - havent had that all summer!

I used to live on an island and the beach there was never that pretty with all the cliffs. I'd still be there if it looked like that haha. Happy you had a good time Rob.

Your dog is adorable! I love dogs :D It looks like a jack-russell/chihuahua mix. I would do anything to be at the beach right now, not in the rainy city.

ain't the weather crazy at the minute,its summer temperatures up here just now.even at night its warm like in the summer:shocked::shocked::shocked:

its the first i've saw anything like this so late in the year

hope it stays nice down your end of the country mate

Dog is normal size, i just have big feet!! ;) :)
