Don;t know what prices are over there would be I paid £200 for a CB adult pair, but that was from a friend, they should have been nearer £500

Common name is the Asian Sunbeam Snake.

They are pretty small, 3ft max. Care is very simple, give them a big tub of slightly wet soil, with a few pieces of bark, and a waterbowl. Keep the warm end at about 82 - 85 with a UTH. Then just let them be, they are not a species that takes well to being handled or messed around in general, they stress easily.

At feeding time, I gently vibrate the feeding tongs on the surface of the soil, this is pretty much like ringing the dinner bell for them. I guess this is how the hunt in the wild, by detecting vibration above.
