i think your opinion is really the only one that matters in this situation, but good luck choosing.
ive never dealt with a black blood, so i vote for rtb i guess.

I say RTB but then again I have never dealt with either. I just love them and they are on my want list...

Okay, I need to ask... what are the differences of the bci and bcc?...

The biggest difference is a B. C. Imperator (BCI) is commonly refered to as a "red tail," but their tail is typically more orange/brown w/black. They will have some red hues and pinks through out their body, but not anything outwardly bright typically.
B. C. Constrictors (BCC) are "true" redtails. They are beautiful animals, with much bolder patterns and brighter coloring than a BCI typically, especially in the tail.
There are also size differences, and some will claim temperment differences.
they're all nice animals, it just comes down to preference.

I say a Black Blood. They tend to be the mellows of the three (Red, Black, and Borneo)and the smallest. Short and super fat so they are still impressive. The older they get the blacker they get. I love their orange eyes.

Completely different animals so it's hard to compare them. Go with what you like and know you can handle.

Aaron_S has a good point.
The RTB will be a longer, but more slender snake, and overall more active. RTBs will climb, move about their enclosures a lot and don't require as high humidity as bloods do.
That being said, I am partial to bloods, especially the black ones. There is something so sinister and beautiful about a black snake with red-orange eyes. Bloods are FAT FAT fatty fat snakes...they are supposed to look like they are morbidly obese, but that's how they are built. They are ambush hunters, so they will spend most of the time partially buried in the substrate, just waiting. However, for such a fat, bloated snake- they have one of the fastest and hardest strikes I've seen from a booid species. Bloods do have a reputation for being foul-tempered, but I've seen plenty of dog tame ones....I've also seen plenty of vile, angry ones as well.
It really comes down to what YOU want from a snake, and which look you really prefer.

Reptile expo is your best bet for either. Don't waste your money buying a RTB from a pet store. For example, Petco sells Common RTBs for $169.99. I see baby common RTBs for $20-40 at reptile expos, and you can pick up an adult for $100
