also check out greenhouse supply stores. They have "seedling mat thermostats". Here in BC they are approx $70. The small ones manage the same watts as the UTH thermostat that I was looking at online (100w)

I have that thermostat it works great! I haven't had a problem with it yet and it's been a month since I got it.
