I was just wondering how big a Retic dwarf super tiger python will get? I love the looks of the retics but I don't have the space for a 15' snake lol. I'm just looking for an average length. Thanks all.

According to what I've read a super dwarf will reach 9' to 12', but still can reach 15'. This is still a lot smaller than the size a normal retic grows to. You may want to checkout Bob Clarks web site and ask him about it, as he is a well known breeder of large snakes and is working on the super dwarfs.

Dwarfs can reach 12=15 feet - Super Dwarfs are more likely to be 8feet but possible 10 in extremes.

Thanks! I will be holding off for sure then. I found a dwarf on craigslist that I'd love to rescue but I can't give it the space it deserves. Maybe some day

Super dwarf MALES cap off at 6 feet, females 7-10.
Dwarves cap off at 17 feet, but average 10 for males and 13 for females.

A super dwarf super tiger is really expensive.

It wasn't a super dwarf it was a dwarf super tiger at least thats what the ad said. I have looked at them before and saw the price but the person is selling it for $250. If only I had the space :/

Tiger is also the gene that tends to beg BIG btw...
250 is not expensive for a dwarf super tiger, but it isn't cheap either... especially considering the enclosure and everything you need to keep the snake will total out at about 600-800$.

I want a dwarf super tiger so so so bad!! i would have gone out the second i seen that add and grabbed it :P a couple sheets of plywood, or mallemine<< perfered. a skill saw, drill, 1 drill bit, 1 box of screw,1 plastic 8x3" floor vent cover,1 light fixture with hood, 1 infa red 250 wat heat lamp, light dimmer, extension cord, electrical wall box with cover,1 hydro/thermometer, and a toob of silicone, bobs you uncle, and you got yourself a nice viv with a light, reostat, and all for 100$ or so at home depot, space is really the main reason why you should consider not getting it.

It comes with all it needs too I forgot to mention that. I'm having a lot of trouble passing this snake up. I should be getting a house soon here and will have a snake/herp room but I fear it will be gone by the time I have the house.

I'd snap that up, even if you don't want it, its resale value is what you payed, or slightly less. And the enclosure, if its quality is probably worth that, if its 6X3X2

Do not buy a dwarf from an unknown source and not be surprised when it's not a dwarf.

Also.. The "dwarf" morph has been player with less than the super dwarf due to lack of morphs.
It's probably a small normal. being sold as a dwarf

Come to think of it. I have not ever seen a dwarf morph.....
Only the supers

There are lots of dwarf morphs, golden child, and snow are both considered dwarf morphs.
Snow is however available in super dwarf aswel.

God I wish those existed. You'd have to sell most of your neighbors organs to get the cash to buy one though.

My neighbor keeps throwing his branches in our yard and called the cops on us for a dead smoke alarm battery. Said it was "noise pullution." So......I would totally sell his haha.

No one said I wouldn't, but first someone needs to come up with a snake that makes it worth the risk. Now, if for some reason dog organs became valuable... I've got 2 neighbors with yappers that I'd...dice up for parts without flinching.
