So I have my crickets in a ten gallon tank with a little layer me aspen... well I put a half me bannan in there, now I have gnats.. what should I do?

remove the bananna. The nats hatched from it.

If you're looking for what else you can feed your crickets, you can buy cricket food from a pet store. I used to give my crickets wheat germ as well. There are plenty of other things you can feed them I just don't remember since its been awhile since I've done the crickets.

I give my crickets greens that I feed my dragon. As well as small pieces of cut up apple and potato. Never had gnats from that assortment and the crickets get nice and fat.

you could also get some hay from a pet shop and feed them that, a small bag of hay will last about 6 months
