My lovely corn Sage just slipped out of his first shed. I tried to get the pics that best represent his color, (he looks black but he actually has a good amount of brown in him) it's pretty hard though.

He is super handsome! I almost got a corn but I don't think I could handle their whippy-ness. Great job with him!

He looks fantastic youngster!!! Very handsome corn snake!!!! Looking at him in your hand, I'd say he and Juno are very close in size. Juno is a "normal" phase corn though. Love the black motley colors!! Juno is dark now but will eventually turn a more orange and reddish color. I'm going to include a pic of Juno, he hasn't shed yet though. He is a little bigger now.

My little corn thinks hes a viper. When i get him out of his viv he's ok, just a little flighty. But he tags me pretty much every time i stick my hand in to get him. A hiss and a strike without fail. Good thing his teeth can't break my skin yet!

Wow....my daughter's corn never hisses or strikes either! Sounds like you got a fiesty one, lol !!! Now my boa will hiss and strike if I go to get him out right before he sheds to see if he will eat or not and that is always interesting, lol.

I've never met a corn quite like my little one. The attitude on him is what attracted me! I love the taming down challenge.

Oh yeah I agree, I love an animal with personality and attitude........as long as I can tame just enough to be handled without getting bitten all the time, lol

Both my snakes are mellow, but my BP has taken to hissing at me lately since I've been gone all summer. lol Shouldn't be hard to tame him, though.

That's one nice looking snake.
I have a red motley hypo corn and he is really calm when I handle him.
I keep wondering what my next snake is going to be and doing research on different ones but I keep coming back to corns so now it's just deciding what morph.

LOL I have this issue with a 5 yr old. He is not so much into the breeding yet but he has made comments about it. Christmas lists are going to be nuts! :hmm:

I'm thinking about breeding, I definitely want to try but I don't know about what snake. Either BPs or corns.
