My first crestie should be here next tues. I won him off the facebook auctions that BHB is doing. So its time to go shopping. Ill post some pics as soon as get him/her. Any advice for a first time gecko/lizard owner.

Do your research and you won't go wrong :)
For the most part they are quite easy to take care of.

I tend to go towards odd names, I would call that little one Sango or Adella.

I suggest not feeding anything other than CGD as it will be very difficult to meet their nutritional needs otherwise. The best brand is Repashy Crested Gecko diet. I bought a huge bag from E-Bay. It lasts a long time in the fridge. If you go this route, and I highly recommend it, you do not need to feed them anything else and it is cheaper than feeding anything else in the long run.
